When you book Cornwall Portrait Photographer (Jordan Weeks Creative Services), herein referred to as “the Company”, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING REQUESTS, CONFIRMATIONS & PAYMENT
When you submit your booking request, you understand that your booking is not confirmed until it has been approved and full payment has been received by the Company.

BOOKING DURATION & ADDITIONAL TIME
A standard booking duration is 30-minutes. If you would like to add additional time to your booking, whether in advance, or on the day of your booking, it will be charged at a rate of £25.00 GBP for each additional 15-minutes – subject to availability. Images captured during your booking will only be available once full payment for any additional time has been received by the Company.

GROUP SIZES
Although there are no limits on family or group sizes for your booking, if the quantity of people for your booking exceeds 6, it is advisable that you add additional time to your booking to allow for more images to be captured. The Company can not be held responsible for any images which were not captured during your booking due to time restrictions.

IMAGE EDITING, QUANTITY & REJECTION
Although it is possible that many images will be captured during your booking, you understand that the Company may edit those images in order to supply you with only the best images. You also understand that you have no right to reject any images captured during your booking on the basis of style or composition.

IMAGE ACCESS
You understand that the images captured during your booking will be made available for a period of 30-days as hi-res downloads only. It is highly recommended that you download and save those images to your own computer/device within the 30-day period, as the Company are not responsible for keeping copies of any images which were captured during your booking.

POSTPONEMENTS, AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to postpone or amend your booking for any reason, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for an alternative date, time and/or location. If the alternative date, time and/or location suggested by you, or the Company, is not convenient, and no other date, time and/or location can be agreed, you may cancel your booking – subject to the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation with 28 or more days to go until your booking
You will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of £50.00 GBP.

Cancellation with 27 or less days to go until your booking
No refund will be issued.

If the Company needs to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

COPYRIGHT & RELEASES
The copyright to all images captured during your booking is retained by the Company at all times throughout the world. You may share and print the images captured during your booking with your friends and family, both online and offline, however, the act of you, or any third party, sharing, printing or using the images captured during your booking for financial gain is strictly prohibited, as is using those images for any commercial, editorial, defamatory or illegal purpose.
